Ordering and Delivery Tips
• The best time to call is mid-day; phones are busiest in the early morning and late afternoon.
• For convenience, get your approximate delivery time by calling the office after 12:00 p.m. on the day between order and delivery. By then, our routes and deliveries are set.
• As a non-profit, we watch every expense and deliver in the most time-efficient and cost-effective manner possible. Please refrain from making other appointments on delivery day since delivery times vary. If an appointment is unavoidable, tell your order-taker when placing your order. We make every effort to honor requests but delivery times are not guaranteed
• You will find your order easy to unpack and put away, because groceries are bagged according to type: shelf, refrigerator, or freezer.

Bad Weather Guidelines
1. Listen for weather-related closings for your local public school system or government.
2. If public schools are opening late or are closed, delivery may be later than normal or rescheduled. If deliveries will be more than two hours late or rescheduled, you will be contacted.
3. If local government offices are closed, Top Banana will call to reschedule.
